1 Purpose of Processing

The processing of personal data will be carried out for the following purposes:

1. (Pre-contractual and contractual purposes): to enable the provision of information requested (pre-contractual phase) and/or the fulfillment of obligations arising from the Contract. The Contract constitutes the legal basis for the processing. After the contract termination, the legal basis is the fulfillment of legal obligations.

2. (Promotional purposes): for the performance of promotional activities, including the sending of newsletters containing communications and promotional materials from SIDE-B GROUP SRLS. The legal basis for the processing is consent, which can be revoked at any time. After revocation of consent, the legal basis is the fulfillment of legal obligations.

3. (Legal purposes): to fulfill legal obligations resulting from the contract.

2 Methods of Processing

The processing of the aforementioned data will be carried out by designated and formally appointed data processors who will use tools and support – paper, magnetic, electronic, or telematic – suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. The processing may also be carried out through automated tools capable of storing, managing, and transmitting the data via telematics.

3 Nature of the ProcessingThe nature of the data provision is respectively:

· Obligatory for the pre-contractual and contractual purposes sub 1); therefore, the refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, or the failure to authorize their processing and/or communication to third parties involved in the execution of the Contract by SIDE-B GROUP SRLS may result in the inability of SIDE-B GROUP SRLS to provide the information and execute the Contract.

· Optional for the promotional purposes sub 2); therefore, the refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, or the failure to authorize their processing and/or communication to third parties involved in the performance of promotional activities by SIDE-B GROUP SRLS may result in the inability of SIDE-B GROUP SRLS to carry out promotional activities.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

· request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or limitation of processing or opposition to processing (ex arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 of the EU Regulation 679/2016). Specifically:

7. Retention Period

There is no automated system for the erasure of personal data at the end of the retention period, as the erasure of the data is carried out manually once legal obligations are fulfilled.

8. Reclaim

If you believe that the processing violates the EU Regulation 679/2016, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly in the member state where you reside, work, or where the alleged violation occurred.
